KING’s GUESTS APP is an interactive, easy-to-use mobile application that is offered by the General Secretariat of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the King’s Muslim guests invited to perform the holy rituals of Hajj and Ummrah. The app is aimed for delivering a convenient experience for the King’s guests and to provide them with the tips and information they need to perform the holy rituals in Makkah and Madina.
The app is seeks to orient the king’s guests with the program offered by the General Secretariat of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and focuses on relieving the pressure that pilgrims usually experience during Hajj or Ummrah, simplifying the whole process for them and enabling them to enjoy the spiritual aspects of Hajj or Ummrah. It provides them with tips on how to prepare for the journey, checklist of rituals to perform during the Hajj or Ummrah and methods to communicate to the right authorities.

The app provides pilgrims the ability to connect with the the General Secretariat of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosque, and the right committee needed, directly online. If one of the guests faces an emergency or needs to make an inquiry, they are only a click away from those who can help them.

The app provides a comprehensive, step by step guide with tips and checklists for all the holy rituals and helping them to focus on their spiritual experience.
A Multitude of Resources:
The KING’s GUESTS APP provides the King’s guests with tutorials, latest news, videos, photographs about Hajj and Ummrah rituals. It also provides them access to the latest editions of the magazine of the General Secretariat in a digital format, helping them learn the latest news that is relevant to their journey and the facilities offered to them within the program.
Sending Feedback
With the help of the GUESTS APP, King’s guests can express their opinions and send constructive feedback to the General Secretariat right from the app through filling up surveys that are aimed at enhancing and improving the King’s guests experience in the holy cities of Saudi Arabia.
Prayer Times and Qibla Direction
One of the most helpful features of the app is sending notifications prompting pilgrims to perform the appropriate prayers or Salah at the right time. Moreover, it helps them find the Qiblah direction from any place and with maximum ease.
Important Reminders
The app serves as a two-way communication channel with the General Secretariat, helping it to send notifications to the King’s guests with important announcements or to contact them in urgent situations and provide them with the needed instructions when needed.
